RETURN POLICY

At YELLOW DOT SOCKS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Returns will only be accepted for defective products, incorrect orders, or products that do not meet the customer's expectations.

If you wish to return your product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error made by YELLOW DOT SOCKS.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is approved for return, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, within 7 business days.

Please note that custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return or refund. If the product was purchased through a third-party retailer, the customer must adhere to the return policy of that retailer.

Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail store.
